Hiking can be as easy as going for a short walk or as difficult as planning and executing a trip lasting thousands of miles.  Any length walk will allow a hiker to discover fitness, freedom, peace, and a clear mind.

A long distance hiker has the rare opportunity to tour through remote regions and small towns while engaging with local residents.  After a long walk any hiker will have a new understanding of which modern amenities are need based and which are want based.

The goal of this website is to inspire everyone to get out of doors and enjoy the natural world.  Browse this site to learn of my past and upcoming adventures.  I hope you like what you see!
